Please note: Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Do Not Return to Sender
Do not send your item back to the return address shown on the package.
To initiate a return, please contact us at care@qwotejewelry.com to receive the correct return address based on your order.
✅ Eligible Items for Return or Exchange
- Items with manufacturing defects.
- Items damaged during shipping.
- Incorrect items received.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, in original condition, with original packaging and tags attached.
We cannot accept returns for items that appear worn, washed, or altered.
❌ Items NOT Eligible for Return
Returns will not be accepted for the following:
- Personal dissatisfaction with style, color, or design preferences.
- Damage from use, washing, improper care, self-repair, or modifications.
- Sizing issues (please consult our Size Guide before purchasing).
📦 How to Return an Item
Step 1: Contact Us
Email care@qwotejewelry.com with:
- Item name(s)
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photo(s) of the item
Step 2: Ship the Item
Once your return is approved, you will receive the correct return address.
Please ship the item within 7 days and use a trackable service.
Return shipping is not covered by us.
Step 3: Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your exchange or refund within 3–5 business days.

- Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.
- We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect shipping info (e.g., wrong address or phone number).
- If you notice a mistake in your order info, contact us immediately with your order number.
